D-malz (Jamal Davison) is a native of California. He had an interest in music at the early age of 7. His father was a musician who performed with The Delfonics and The Life Groups with Philly International with Gamble & Huff. D-malz is related to the great legendary boxer Henry Armstrong. D-malz grew up in the San Fernando Valley. At an early age, he taught himself how to read and write. He began to read books of poetry. At age seven, D-malz found out he had a gift from God of singing. A solo performance at his high school had the audience wanting more. His original lyrics and stage presentation spoke for itself. At this venue, he was notice by other that he has a special talent. At age 12, he fell in love with Hip Hop music. He loves listening to 2Pac. and his lyrical style. D-malz first underground album is called "The Real", and his second one is called "Just A Dream". He continues to make good music for everyone's listening and dancing pleasures.
